Our 1-2-1 Home Support service provides practical support for families who may be finding home life challenging.
Many parents reach out when communication has become difficult, routines feel overwhelming, or behaviour is becoming harder to manage. Our support is designed to help families understand what is happening and introduce simple strategies that make daily life calmer and more manageable.
Unlike many services that take place in clinical settings, our support happens in your home environment, where real life happens.

How the Home Support Process Works

Our structured 4-visit package helps families build understanding and confidence step by step.

Visit 1 – Understanding Your Family

We take time to listen and understand you in relation to family life, recognising the challenges and helping to create ways that can support you and your child to build routines, improve communication.

Visit 2 – Improving Communication

We take time to talk, play and engage with your child noting their preferences for what they like, don’t like and how they communicate which helps us foster an understanding of what resources could help give support and improve family life?

Visit 3 – Putting Practical Supports in Place

We introduce resources and strategies tailored to your home and your child’s needs.

Visit 4 – Review and Next Steps

We review what is working, adjust strategies if needed, and discuss ongoing support if required.

Additional visits can be arranged if families would like continued support.

How much does it cost

4-Visit Home Support Package: £280 (which can be paid in instalments)
